Monitor and Evaluate the Progress of the Dissertation Proposal Seminar for Doctoral Students in Information Systems, Diponegoro University
On a regular basis the Information Systems Doctoral Study Program (DSI) at the Diponegoro University Postgraduate School conducts monitoring and evaluation of the progress of student dissertations. This activity is held every 3 months and aims to monitor and evaluate the achievements of each student. By holding this activity, it has been proven that the study period of DSI students can be shortened while still paying attention to the quality of the graduates.

As many as 83 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Diponegoro University (Undip) will undergo an international exposure program with partner campuses abroad. The program consists of dual degrees and a Credit Transfer System.
As quoted from Undip’s official website, a double degree will be given to students who have studied for 2 semesters at partner universities abroad. Meanwhile, students who take part in the credit transfer system program will study for less than 2 semesters and get a single degree.
The Dean of FEB Undip Prof. Suharnomo SE MSi expressed his pride in student achievements. This was disclosed by Suharnomo in the Pre-Departure event which is a routine agenda for Undip FEB to release students in gaining international experience.

Textbook Incentives in 2023 (Batch 1) Diponegoro University Provides Incentives for Textbooks, ISBN Management and Printing Fees
2023 Textbook Writing Program and efforts to improve
learning achievement with the SDL (Self Directory Learning) method, we hereby convey
that the Education Quality Assurance and Development Institute (LP2MP) launched
Incentive Program for Writing Textbooks 2023 Batch 1. As for the provisions for writing books
teaching is as follows:
1. Communicative and semi-formal language style so that it is easy to understand.
2. Arranged using a flexible and structured learning structure basis.
3. Explain the learning outcomes of the course
4. At least 50 pages thick with DIKTI format.
5. Size 15 x 23 cm.
6. Textbook content may not contain SARA, not deviate from Pancasila and
1945 Constitution.
7. One lecturer can only submit 1 textbook title/1 budget year.
8. The submitted manuscript is for a new Textbook, not a revised edition.
9. The title of the book must be the same as the course title in the Study Program.
Textbook writing incentives are given in the amount of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiahs/book) with
the proportion of 60% for the first author and 40% divided equally for the second, third and author
so on. Incentives will be given in the form of Excess Performance Incentives (IKK).
for the process of printing textbooks and arranging ISBNs will be facilitated by LP2MP.
The period for submission of Batch 1 textbook manuscripts is June 5 to July 31, 2023.

Students who are absent in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year and wish to be active again in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year, must submit a Letter of Permit to Attend Lectures Again from the School Faculty Dean to the BUK Finance Department or send a scanned letter to the email ukt.undip @gmail.com no later than August 10« 2023.
6. Based on the Academic Regulations for the Education Sector of Diponegoro University, students who are absent for 2 consecutive semesters and/or 4 semesters non-consecutively are declared to have lost their status as students so that it can be proposed to terminate the study relationship by the relevant School Faculties.
7. Students who require replacement proof of payment of tuition fees can be served at

8. Students who are late in paying tuition fees will not be tolerated for an extension of the payment period. Students who have fulfilled the leave requirements according to academic regulations,
