ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION
PROSPECTIVE NEW STUDENTS OF DOCTOR PROGRAM, ODD SEMESTER WAVE 1
ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

Prospective new students for the Doctoral Program, Odd Semester Batch 1 Year
Academic 2023/2024 must carry out a series of registration activities as follows:
A. ONLINE REGISTRATION
Prospective new students register online from April 17 to. May 5, 2023 at
page https://regonline.undip.ac.id/ by logging in using the participant number and password
date of birth (DDMMYYYY).
Online registration mechanism:
1. Fill in personal data and educational data.
2. Print and sign the Online Registration Form and Declaration of Proficiency
downloaded from the Print Form & KTM menu.
B. PAYMENT OF EDUCATION FEES
1. Payment of tuition fees is made by prospective students on April 17 to. May 5th
2023;
2. The amount of tuition fees that must be paid can be seen via [LINK 1]
3. Mechanism for payment of tuition fees can be seen via [LINK 2]
4. Education Fees that have been paid cannot be withdrawn with reason
whatever.

C. HEALTH EXAMINATION
After carrying out online registration and payment of tuition fees, prospective new students
are required to carry out a medical examination test at the Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND).
includes physical tests, drug-free tests, color-blind-free tests, and psychometric tests (for study programs
that require) with the following conditions:
1. Paying for the medical examination test fee with the procedure can be seen via [LINK 3]

D. FILE UPLOAD
1. Files uploaded by prospective new students include:
a. Identity Card (KTP) or Family Card (KK) or Certificate
Resident ID card replacement
b. Registration File
c. Photo (for temporary KTM)

E. FILE VERIFICATION
1. Prospective new students MUST attend to verify registration files at:
date and time: according to the selection on the ticketing menu on the online registration page

2. The original KTM is taken at the respective Faculty/School according to the schedule that will be informed

F. CREATING A SINGLE SIGN ON (SSO) ACCOUNT
How to create an SSO account:
1. Login to each personal email that was registered when filling out the online registration.
2. Check your inbox, open the email sent by Undip. If the email is not in the inbox, check spam.
3. Click the link contained in the email, then follow the steps until it's finished.
G. OTHER PROVISIONS
1. Prospective new students are expected to become JKN-KIS BPJS participants and transfer
the health facility to Diponegoro I Primary Clinic. Terms can be seen at [LINK 6]
2. The right as a student is declared FAILED if:
a. Does not meet the registration requirements that have been set.
b. Providing incorrect information at the time of registration.
c. Do not register within the specified time limit.
d. Does not meet health requirements that will interfere with the teaching and learning process.
3. Prospective new students who register means that they have accepted all the provisions
