REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
1. Accredited College Graduate
2. Diplomas and transcripts of S1 and S2 from Accredited Study Program B (Foreign graduates, diplomas must be equalized by the Directorate General of Higher Education) from Study Programs:
- Information Systems - Mathematics
- Informatics/Computer Science - Instrumentation Physics
- Computer Engineering - Electrical Engineering
- Information Technology - Industrial Engineering
- Software Engineering - Communication Engineering
- Statistics
3. Permission letter from work institution/agencies to continue doctoral studies, for those who are already working. (formats available)
4. Statement of Ability to Complete the Study. (formats available)
5. Certificate of Payment Guarantee for Study Fees. (stamped Rp.10.000,-) (format available)
6. Academic Transcript with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 at the Masters level or equivalent.
7. Submit Research Proposals for Dissertation brokers. (formats available)
8. Recommendations from 2 (two) people who know prospective students at previous levels of education. Academic Advisory Lecturer and/or other person deemed authorized. For example, the employer where the prospective student works.
9. Recent Curriculum Vitae. (formats available)
