History

In 2013, the APTIKOM National Coordination Meeting was held in Medan, one of the results of the decision was that Diponegoro University was assessed and appointed to organize a Doctoral Education Program in the field of informatics and computers. The APTIKOM National Coordination Meeting delegation conveyed the mandate to Diponegoro University and immediately formed a study program establishment team. At first a team was formed at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (now the Faculty of Science and Mathematics), along with its development and consideration, the establishment was transferred to the Graduate School.
