The Doctor of Information Systems (DSI) study program at the Postgraduate School of Diponegoro University (Undip) through the DSI Student Association held Monitoring and Evaluation activities for DSI students Batch I to VII 12 October 2023. This activity was led by the Head of the DSI study program, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Gerbowo, MSi, Secretary to Dr. R. Rizal Isnanto, IPM., IPU., ASEAN., Eng. This activity aims to see how DSI students’ studies are progressing and provide direction in writing their dissertation. In this activity, it is hoped that there will be good synergy between the study program and students to achieve superior DSI.

2. The team departed from Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang using a Batik Air plane on Monday 25 September 2023 at 16.45 WIB to Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta) airport. Arrived at Soetta Airport at 19.00 WIB because there was a flight delay.
3. The transit team stayed at the Digital Hotel Soetta Airport.
4. The team continues its journey from Soetta Airport on Tuesday 26 September 2023 at 02.40
WIB using Batik Air aircraft. Arrive at Sultan Baabullah Airport, Ternate
08.40 WIT.
5. On Tuesday 26 September 2023 from 15.30 to 17.00: Prof. Dr. Ir. R. Rizal Isnanto, S.T., M.M., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng. providing outreach on the Postgraduate Program at the Public Lecture event for Industrial Engineering students at Khairun University. The public lecture was attended by 80 (eighty) students
6. On Wednesday 27 September 2023 at 10.00 – 13.00 WIT the team provided socialization and promotion of the Undip Postgraduate Program in general, and specifically provided socialization and promotion of the Undip Information Systems Doctoral Program. At this event a special welcome was given by the Deputy Dean I of the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University (Unkhair), Mr. Ir. Suyuti, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., IPM., and also attended by the Secretary of LPPM Unkhair Mr. Dr. Iis Hamsir Ayub Wahab, S.T., M.T. Promotion socialization participants consisted of 20 lecturers and students from the following elements:
a. Unkhair Electrical Engineering Study Program Lecturer
b. Unkhair Informatics Engineering Study Program Lecturer c. Unkhair Industrial Engineering Study Program Lecturer
d. Unkhair Architecture Study Program Lecturer
e. Lecturer in the Informatics Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku (UMMU) Ternate
f. Unkhair Student.
On this occasion, a profile video of the Undip Postgraduate School was shown, explanation
regarding the Information Systems Doctoral Program (DSI), and a list of Promoters and Co-Promoters as well as research titles in the DSI Program.
7. At socialization and promotional events, brochures are also distributed to participants present
from Study Programs at the Postgraduate School, namely from the Master of Energy Study Program, Master of Environmental Science, Doctor of Environmental Science, Master of Information Systems, and Master of Epidemiology.
8. At the end of the socialization and promotion, a very interactive question and answer session was held guided by the moderator, Deputy Dean 1 of FT Unkhair, Mr. Ir. Suyuti, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., IPM, then ended with a souvenir giving session from the Postgraduate School to Unkhair and a joint photo session.
9. Socialization and Promotion activities run smoothly and are in demand by lecturers and students,
both from Unkhair and UMMU Ternate.
