SEMARANG – Saifur Rohman Cholil, S.Kom., M.Kom., a lecturer in the Information Systems Undergraduate Program at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FTIK), University of Semarang (USM), earned his doctorate after defending his dissertation in the Open Doctoral Dissertation Examination of the Information Systems Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Diponegoro University (Undip) on Friday, August 15, 2025.
Dr. Saifur Rohman Cholil, S.Kom., M.Kom., conducted his dissertation research entitled “Development of the BWM–Entropy–D Numbers Method as a Determinant of Sustainable Entrepreneurship in MSMEs.”
The examining team consisted of Prof. Ir. Mochamad Agung Wibowo, MM., M.Sc., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. R. Rizal Isnanto, S.T., M.M., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng., Prof. Dr. Taqwa Hariguna, S.T., M.Kom., Dr. Eng. Ir. Wahyul Amien Syafei, S.T., M.T., IPM, Agung Budi Presetijo, S.T., M.I.T., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Rahmat Gernowo, M.Si., and Prof. Dr. Drs. Catur Edi Widodo, M.T.
According to Dr. Saifur, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the global economy by driving innovation, creating jobs, and contributing to economic growth.
